Founded GDC Medical Electronics
in 1970. Originally focused on major medical centers, and community
hospitals, shifted focus to the Long Term
Care market in 1996. George handles new business development, manufacturer
relationships, and is responsible for the company's growth and longevity.
He has over 30 years of biomedical electronics and biotechnology experience.
He has been instrumental in developing innovative service programs, managed
service operations throughout the early growth of GDC and corporate acquisitions.
George developed and offered the first Preventive Maintenance and Electrical
Safety programs, long before they became a requirement of J.C.A.H.O.
While growing GDC, he was also involved in a biotechnology R&D company
that was performing research on vaccines for cancer, Lyme disease and
malaria.
Our dedicated staff of biomedical engineers and management personnel, have many years of experience in ensuring regulatory compliance. Many of the most prestigious health care facilities in the tri-state area trust their medical equipment compliance programs to us, and not one facility has ever received an adverse citation.
